RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

Defective goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

According to the law, defective goods are always replaced with quality goods free of charge, the price of the received item is reduced accordingly, or the Buyer is refunded the amount paid for the defective goods.

To return a defective or non-defective item, the Buyer MUST contact the Seller.

The return of non-defective goods is possible according to the procedure established by the aforementioned law. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is covered by the Buyer.

When returning non-defective goods, the following conditions must be met:

· The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging (this requirement does not apply when returning a defective product).

· The item must not be damaged by the Buyer.

· The item must not have been used or lost its commercial appearance (damaged labels, removed protective films, etc.) (this requirement does not apply when returning a defective product).

· The returned item must be in the same set as it was received, without missing any accessories or labels.

· The Buyer must provide proof of purchase (an invoice or a confirmation email) and a completed return request in free form.

· The Seller has the right to refuse the return of goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return conditions set out in this article.

The Seller will make a decision regarding the exchange, price reduction, or refund of the item within 14 days. After the decision is made, the refund for the returned item will be transferred to the Buyer's bank account within 5 business days.
